MsB Manager, LLC. (“MsB Manager” or “we”) takes privacy seriously.   • Third-party data when using our platforms and services, according to the contracted terms of service.

(ii) Data collected automatically by us:

  • Data about the devices used to access the Services, such as IP address, operating system, geolocation, and device identifier;
  • Log data, such as IP address and activities on the Services, including date and time, pages viewed, and features used;
  • Navigation and usage data of the Services, including performance of the Services and metrics related to email and other communications.

3.1 Consumer Data Received from Our Customers

When you (referred to in this section as “customers of our clients”) use a customer’s services to make money transfers, and our customers register your information in our software, we collect the information they provide us. MsB Manager, LLC. is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of its customers. To understand how your data is processed by our customers or by money transfer companies, please refer to their relevant privacy policies.

  • Identification data, such as name, phone, address, job title, SSN/ITIN number, date of birth;
  • Financial data, such as income, taxes, salary proofs, and other related documents;
  • Transfer history, such as data on previous transactions conducted by customers;
  • Beneficiary data such as name, PIX key, bank information, CPF, etc.

3.2 How We Use This Data

We use the data provided by our customers as a result of using the Services for the following purposes:

  • To provide and manage the software services contracted by the customer, including creating and updating financial transfer histories;
  • To develop marketing strategies for our customers, enabling them to offer relevant advertising to you;
  • To provide information and reports so the customer can offer better support and customer service;
  • To conduct internal analyses and reports to improve the customer’s services;
  • To manage risks and detect, prevent, and/or correct fraud or illegal activities.

4. Visitors

This section applies to the personal data we collect when you (for the purposes of this section, “Visitors”) visit the MsB Manager, LLC websites, blogs, and social media.

We may log your access to third-party websites for the purpose of measuring their importance to our clients.

8. Security

Information in the MsB Manager, LLC. account is password-protected so that only the user has access to their personal information. The password is confidential, and we recommend that the user does not disclose it to anyone. MsB Manager, LLC. will not request, under any circumstances, whether by email or phone, the user’s personal password. The user should remember to log out of their account and close the browser window when browsing the Internet.

No data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Therefore, while MsB Manager, LLC. does its best to protect your personal information, it is impossible to guarantee the complete security of all information provided. The decision to use the service under these conditions is personal.

Please note that, as mentioned, MsB Manager also handles consumer data according to how our clients use our services. If you are a consumer and wish to exercise your rights regarding personal data handled by MsB Manager, please contact the client using the services.

10. California Consumer Privacy Act

The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) grants consumers specific rights regarding their Personal Information. You, a consumer of our clients, have the right to request that businesses subject to the CCPA (which may include our clients) disclose certain information about the collection and use of your Personal Information over the past 12 months. Additionally, you have the right to request that these businesses delete the Personal Information collected from you (certain exceptions apply). If a business sells Personal Information, you have the right to opt-out of that sale. Finally, a business cannot discriminate against you for exercising a right under the CCPA.

11. Termination of Processing

This Privacy Policy applies during the period MsB Manager, LLC. stores personal data. We store and retain your information: (i) for the time required by law; (ii) until the termination of personal data processing as mentioned below; or (iii) for the time necessary to preserve MsB Manager’s legitimate interest.
