We will guide you through the first steps to easily set up everything.

1. Initial Setup

Step 1: Store

Add your address, phone number, and other important details.

1- Inside the system, on the left sidebar menu, click on “Settings”.

2- On the settings screen, in the top tab, click on “Stores”.

3- Now, click the “New” button, fill in the requested information, and then click “Register Store”.

That’s it! Your store is now registered. If you have more than one store, simply repeat the process.

Step 2: Users

Register your team to streamline management.

1- Inside the system, on the left sidebar, click on “Settings”.

2- On the settings screen, click on “Users” in the top tab.

3- Now, click on the “New” button, fill in the requested information, and then click on: “Register User”.

The user will be able to change their password when accessing the system! Just repeat the process to register more users.

Step 3: Providers

Include the money transfer companies that your business partners with.

1- Inside the system, on the left sidebar, click on “Settings”.

2- On the settings screen, click on “Providers” in the top tab.

3- Now, click on the “New” button, fill in the requested information, and then click on: “Register Provider”.

Just repeat the process to register more providers.

2. Start Registering Your Transactions!

Our system offers two practical options designed to fit into your business routine.

Individual Registration

Ideal for those seeking complete control of the information.
  • Why choose it?

Add transfers as they happen, recording details like payment methods and beneficiary information.

This helps gain valuable insights, such as clients’ payment preferences and a full history of bank accounts, regardless of the money transfer providers.

Batch Registration

Perfect for saving time in high-volume operations.

  • Why choose it?
Upload hundreds of transfers at once, optimizing time. It’s ideal for processing all the transfers for the day in one go, such as at the end of the day’s cash reconciliation.
Tip: To get started, consider registering transfers from the past three months (optional). This helps you better explore the system’s features.

Both methods ensure the essentials:

  • Compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Security and organization of the key information for your business.

3. Your Daily Routine in MsB Manager

Now that you’ve set up the system correctly, it’s time to use it to make your daily routine easier!

#1 Start by Checking the Client’s Registration

When the client arrives to make a transfer, the first step is to search for or create their registration in the system.

If the client is new, register at least: name, phone number, date of birth, and ID.
If they are already in an imported transfer, simply complete the registration.

 

#2 Check the ID

If the client’s ID has expired, the system will automatically notify you to request a new document.

If the client has no ID registered or the document is expired, simply update this information.

#3 Check the Transfer History

The “Transfer History” table shows the amounts sent and the providers used over the last 7, 30, and 365 days.

Choose the desired provider and click on the “Documentation Alerts” tab to check if additional documents (proof of funds) will be required.

#4 Register the Transfer in the System

After searching for the client, checking documents, and reviewing the transfer history, it’s time to register the transfer.

Once you’ve processed the transfer with the provider’s system, register it in MsB Manager. Use individual registration or batch process it at the end of the day.

4. Understanding Client Registration

Now that you know how to use the system in your daily routine, let’s better understand when to create your clients’ registration. This part is designed to be simple and adaptable to your routine.

In Batch Transfer Registration:

Automatically creates clients from imported transfers. This registration is created using data from the reports exported by the providers. Then, just complete the data when you have time or during the next transfer from this client.
In Individual Transfer Registration:
Add clients as you make transfers. You can fill in all the information, such as name, phone number, and attach documents like IDs and proof of funds. If you prefer, you can register only the name and phone number to speed up the process and complete the data later.
Directly on the Clients Page:
If you prefer, you can also create or update the complete client registration directly on the Clients page, without needing to register a transfer at the moment.
Tip: Check and update registrations during service; this helps keep everything compliant and makes audits easier.
With these steps, you can get the most out of the system, keeping everything organized and easy to manage!

5. Reports for an Organized Start

Explore the reports tab to:
  • Identify birthdays within any period.
  • Identify the most frequent or inactive clients.
  • Quickly export audit information.
These reports help you visualize results and maintain compliance right from the start!
