1- Inside the system, on the left sidebar menu, click on “Settings”.
2- On the settings screen, in the top tab, click on “Stores”.
3- Now, click the “New” button, fill in the requested information, and then click “Register Store”.
That’s it! Your store is now registered. If you have more than one store, simply repeat the process.

When the client arrives to make a transfer, the first step is to search for or create their registration in the system.
If the client is new, register at least: name, phone number, date of birth, and ID.
If they are already in an imported transfer, simply complete the registration.
If the client’s ID has expired, the system will automatically notify you to request a new document.
If the client has no ID registered or the document is expired, simply update this information.
The “Transfer History” table shows the amounts sent and the providers used over the last 7, 30, and 365 days.
Choose the desired provider and click on the “Documentation Alerts” tab to check if additional documents (proof of funds) will be required.
After searching for the client, checking documents, and reviewing the transfer history, it’s time to register the transfer.
Once you’ve processed the transfer with the provider’s system, register it in MsB Manager. Use individual registration or batch process it at the end of the day.
