These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MsB Manager website at www.msbmanager.us (the “Site”). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Use of the MsB Manager software platform by paying subscribers is governed separately by the Master SaaS Agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
You may access and use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the Site
- Transmit any malicious code, spam, or harmful content through the Site
- Impersonate MsB Manager or any other person or entity
2. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MSB Manager, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

3.1 Informational Content.
The content on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or compliance advice.
3.2 No Compliance Service.
MsB Manager is an independent software company. We are not a money transmitter, financial institution, or regulatory body, and we are not affiliated with any remittance company or government agency. Our platform provides operational data visibility and business intelligence tools. It does not constitute legal or compliance advice and does not replace, constitute, or guarantee compliance with any AML program, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) obligations, or applicable regulatory requirements. MsB Manager does not generate Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs), or any regulatory filings on behalf of any merchant. All compliance-related decisions remain the sole responsibility of the licensed operator.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. MsB Manager makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content on the Site.
