If you become a paying customer of the MsB Manager platform, your use of the software is also governed by separate contractual documents, including our Master SaaS Agreement, Data Processing Agreement (DPA), Security & Incident Response Policy, and related documentation.
Important Notice: MsB Manager is an independent software company. We are not a financial institution, money transmitter, or regulatory body, and we are not affiliated with any remittance company or government agency.
Our platform provides operational data visibility and business intelligence tools. It does not constitute legal or compliance advice and does not replace or guarantee compliance with any AML program, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) obligations, or applicable regulatory requirements.
MsB Manager does not generate Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs), or any regulatory filings on behalf of any merchant.
All compliance-related decisions remain the sole responsibility of the licensed operator.

- Printer Agent Addendum
Under these agreements:
- The customer remains the owner of Merchant Data.
- The customer acts as the data controller with respect to Merchant Data.
- MsB Manager acts as a data processor and processes Merchant Data solely to provide the contracted services.
- MsB Manager does not sell Merchant Data.
- MsB Manager does not share Merchant Data with remittance companies, payment processors, or government agencies except as required by law.

- Service providers that help us operate the Site and Services, such as cloud hosting and payment processors
- Professional advisors, such as attorneys and accountants
- Government authorities when required by law or legal process
