MSB Manager, LLC. Terms and Conditions of Use
Thank you for choosing to make MsB Manager, LLC part of your team. We are committed to helping you manage your money transfer business efficiently and securely.
Below are our Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully as they contain important information about your rights and obligations. If you have any questions, contact us for clarification.
1. General Terms
1.1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (“User”, “Client” or “Store”) and MsB Manager, LLC (“Company”, “We”). By accessing or using our software or website (“Services”), you agree that (a) you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms; (b) you are of legal age to form a binding contract; and (c) you have the authority to enter into this Agreement either personally or on behalf of the money transfer business you represent. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you are prohibited from using any of our Services.

2. Services
2.1. Access and Use
MsB Manager, LLC. allows you to create a client profile to access our management platform for money transfer agents as described at www.msbmanager.us, subject to the Terms of this Agreement. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Do not share or allow unauthorized access to the Services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for incorrect information or illegal activities.
2.2. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any functionality of the Services at any time, without prior notice. In the event of planned inactivity or force majeure situations, we may temporarily suspend the Services.
2.3. Relationship with Money Transfer Companies
Although our software assists in managing transfers, MsB Manager, LLC is not responsible for any transactions conducted between you and money transfer companies, nor do we have any affiliation with any company. You are solely responsible for using these services and for compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
2.4. Compliance
Our Service is designed to help you comply with the laws and regulations of the money transfer industry, but the ultimate responsibility for compliance lies with you. We recommend consulting legal professionals to ensure that your use of the software complies with applicable laws.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1. Fees and Payment Terms
The fees for the Services are listed on our website (https://msbmanager.us/plans ). Payment obligations are non-cancelable, and paid fees are non-refundable. Payments must be made in advance, and you authorize MsB Manager, LLC to automatically charge the amounts due. MsB Manager, LLC is not responsible for any charges or expenses (e.g., for negative account balances, exceeded credit card limits, rejected payments, etc.) resulting from charges made by us.
3.2. Payment Errors
If you believe a payment has been processed incorrectly, you must notify MsB Manager, LLC within 30 days of the payment date. If you do not, the payment will be considered final.
3.3. Free Trial Period
You are entitled to a 14-day free trial, after which you must choose a subscription plan or cease using the software.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. License to Use
MsB Manager, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during the Subscription Period. This license does not include the removal of copyright notices and does not permit reproduction, modification, or creation of derivative works without our consent. All intellectual property rights related to the Software are our exclusive property. The license will terminate if you violate any restriction and may be terminated by us at any time.
5. Termination and Suspension
5.1. Term and Termination
The Agreement is valid for a monthly or annual period, depending on the chosen plan, and will automatically renew until terminated by either party. If you cancel your subscription, your access to the software will continue until the end of the current billing period.
5.2. Access to Data
You must retrieve all necessary data before the end of the Subscription Period. After termination, we will not be responsible for retaining or making your data available.
5.3. Right to Terminate or Suspend
We may terminate or suspend your account if we believe you have violated the Terms or if required by law.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
6.1. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide complete and accurate information and to keep it updated. MsB Manager, LLC will not be liable for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.
6.2. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is”. MsB Manager, LLC makes no warranties regarding the suitability of the software for any specific purpose or regarding the absence of errors.
6.3. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services. Our liability will not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6.4. Revisions and Errata
Materials on our website may contain errors and may be updated without notice. However, we have no obligation to update the materials.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MsB Manager, LLC from any claims or liabilities arising from the improper use of the Services, violation of the Terms, or any applicable law.
8. Representations and Warranties
You represent that (a) your registered name is correct, (b) you will comply with all applicable laws, (c) you will not use the Services for fraudulent activities, and (d) your use will be in compliance with the Terms.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
10. General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements. Any waiver of any provision must be made in writing and signed by the Company.
